INGREDIENTS

Cake:
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 TS vanilla extract
2 TS vinegar
1 1/2 TS baking soda
1 TS salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup canola oil

Topping:
ready made vanilla buttercream
green & red food colouring
variety of gold & white sprinkles 

Tools:
(2) 7 inch cake pans
cake leveler or serrated knife
cake board
palette knife
cake turntable
piping bags
1 spiky nozzle tip

Baking Time:
180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Red Velvet Brownies: laurainthekitchen.com 
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TB unsweetened coca powder10 TB melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 TS white vinegar 
1/2 TB salt
1 TS vanilla extract
red food colouring
(180 degrees, 35 mins)

Strawberry Shake:
some strawberry ice cream
some fresh strawberries
splash of milk
strawberry syrup
candy canes
whipped cream

Tools:
square cake pan
baking paper
glasses

1 cup plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup crushed biscuits (any type)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup canola oil
2 fresh eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
vanilla & chocolate buttercream
chocolate syrup
choc chips
red food colouring
mini marshmallows 

Tools:
cupcake cases
cupcake tray
piping bag

Baking Time:
180 degrees
25 minutes

2 things that matter to me the most:

Cheesecakes and the colour Red.

1. I love cheesecakes because I love cheese.
2. Red isn't just a colour. To me, it screams power and confidence. And Sass. 

Anyway, moving on. 

Because of my daily obsession with cheesecakes and my love for the colour red (and also for those who craves for anything 'red velvety') I decided to make these cute little dare devils for us to demolish. 

Honestly, these little red cheesecake cups ain't bad at all! So easy to make too!

INGREDIENTS

Red Velvet Cheesecake:
- 1 bar Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) 
- 395g Condensed milk
- 300ml thickening cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 packets of powdered gelatin (to mix with 1/4 cup water; boil)
- drops of red food colouring

Crust:
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed chocolate biscuits 

Topping:
- whipped cream
- strawberry syrup
- whatever you want!

Tools:
- cupcake cases you can peel off
- electric/hand mixer
- small sauce pan
- small flat tool (or a spoon) that can fit inside the cupcake case

Freezing Time:
4 hours or more
