INGREDIENTS

Cupcake:
1 cup plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup crushed biscuits (any type)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup canola oil
2 fresh eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
vanilla & chocolate buttercream
chocolate syrup
choc chips
red food colouring
mini marshmallows 

Tools:
cupcake cases
cupcake tray
piping bag

Baking Time:
180 degrees
25 minutes
