INGREDIENTS
Cake:
- 2 1/2 cups of pain flour
- 1 1/2 cups of caster sugar
- 1 cup of low fat buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups of canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tspns of white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tspn of baking soda
- 1 tspn of salt
- 1 tspn of vanilla extract
Topping:
- strawberries
- blueberries
- ready made vanilla cream
- whipped cream
- food colouring (red and blue)
Tools:
- (2) 7 inch cake pans
- cake leveler or serrated knife
- cake board
- palette knife
- cake turntable
Baking Time:
180 degrees
35 - 40 minutes
